Interviewing, Testing &
Referencing Procedures
A qualified Employment Specialist conducts a thorough applicant
interview. Employment history is verified, and references are
secured whenever possible. The Client may request more extensive
background investigations and Consumer Credit Reports.
CLERICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE:
Computerized testing is administered to determine software
skills. Other tests as applicable will be given, and may include
any or all of the following: typing speed, proper letter format,
spelling, word jumble, math, word usage, filing and data entry.
We offer free computer training in MSWord, WordPerfect, Excel,
Lotus, Windows, etc.
SKILLED TRADES AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL:
Depending upon our client's needs, we coordinate physical testing
such as pulmonary and respiratory fitness and audiograms. Skilled
trades tests: MIG Welding and other specific skill testing as
requested.
Highly motivated and professional staffing specialists are
